The staff was informative - we would come here again. The hotel met the criteria, it was a such great stay for 3 nights. The food was excellent - a great selection of options.

Location right by water, bus, shop and eating options, the features on the peninsula-the albatross centre and a store and restaurants. Neat room, airy with a great view. Accommodating, superfriendly staff with smiling face.

Charming old and great hotel, I had a comfortable stay. Thoroughly enjoyed its modern and airy rooms. The location was gorgeous - a short walk to bars and restaurants. This venue was located in a very quite area. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner.

The staff are lovely, managed the parking on-site. The location is brilliant and great, in a beautiful area. Also it is close enough to eating places, a nice pub, a lovely restaurant called 1908 and beautiful beaches.

The view of the bay from our a nice size and well-appointed room was astonishing! It had a comfortable bed and pillows. It had quiet and absolutely perfect location, not far from Royal Albatross Centre and monarch cruises, restaurant and Otago Peninsula :P.

It was immaculate, bright and with a beautiful view. The location was marvellous and pleasant - very close to the castle and sandfly bay as well as nice restaurants for breakfast.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The rooms are very clean and well-furnished, with lots of little homely touches that make you feel comfortable and at ease. The staff here are extremely helpful and interested in their guests, ensuring a memorable stay. The location is also great for exploring the Otago Peninsula and its various activities and attractions.

There is room for improvement in the kitchen equipment provided.

Quiet and immaculate rooms come with a beautiful view, amazing views plus separate bedroom. The hotel staff is lovely and good. No reason to complain, a delightful experience, would use them next time.
